Subscription Management

External Management: - Credit card billing and invoices are managed through the subscription portal at subscribe.cyverse.org - Users can subscribe, update payment information, and manage billing preferences

Internal Management: - CyVerse administrators manage user account status and allocation settings through the Discovery Environment Administrator Panel - Resource monitoring includes compute hours and storage utilization - Quota adjustments and resource allocation changes are applied based on subscription tier

For Administrators

Subscription status and resource allocations are managed through administrative interfaces:

  • User subscription verification
  • Resource quota assignment based on subscription tier
  • Usage monitoring and reporting
